Peanut(Mong phalli):50g

Oil:2 tsp

Onion:1 (medium size)chopped

Curry leaves:small amount (10-12)

Chopped green chilli: 4

(Cumin seeds)Zeera: half tea spoon

Haldi powder:half tea spoon

Salt:According to taste

Lemon juice:2tea spoon

Chopped coriander:small amount

Ginger garlic paste:1tea spoon

Preparation:

For making delicious breakfast Poha recipe first of all you have to wash the poha properly.correctly washing poha is very important.when you wash the poha keep in the mind (quickly remove all water from the poha)if you put poha in water it will not cook clear .it will become smothy. And not cook tasty and delicious..thats the thing you have to remember…πŸ‘

For making poha first take a pan put the oil.wait for heat .in the heated oil first you have to fry peanut (mong phalli )and then take out in the boul.then you have to fry curry leaves for 2secs in the oil.then you to fry chopped onions until brown colour.then add chopped green chilli in the oil after that you have to add the ginger garlic paste fry properly.then here you have to add haldi powder &salt mix lt well for 5to10sec .then finally you have to add washed poha mix it well.now add the fry peanuts (mong phalli )and some fresh coriander.mix it well .cooking for 2min in medium the flame with cover .Now delicious poha is readyπŸ˜‹ (ready to serve with lemon)😊
